an invaluable resource. Make sure you add people's email addresses
to the Contacts in your email program when they
use your web site Enquiry form or
give you business cards.
If
you meet people or talk to them on the telephone, ask for their
email address and add it to your Contacts.
Use
your customer address list as the distribution list for an email
newsletter (q.v.).
