Microsoft Outlook...
Click
on Tools... Options... Mail Format
Then
click on Signatures... New...
Give
your signature a name (doesn't matter what) and click Next...
Then
type in whatever you want for your signature and click OK.
When
you next create a new message, you'll see that signature at the foot
of your email.
Using
Mozilla Thunderbird
Create
a text document of your signature (using, say Notepad, Wordpad or Textpad
- your computer is bound to have one of these).
Example
Save
the document (anywhere, so long as you know where it is).
Then
go to Tools... Account Settings...
Then
tick the box next to... Attach this signature:
Then
click Choose... (or Browse...) and browse until you find the saved text
document of your signature.
Then
click OK.
When
you next create a new message, you'll see that signature at the foot
of your email.
