Example Order Forms

Give your customer an order form

Since your easisite lets you provide web visitors with Extras, it makes sense for at least one of those extras to be an order form they can use to purchase your products or services.

If you already have a paper-based order form you can simply use that as long as you have a copy saved on your computer as, maybe, a word processor document. Just upload it to your easisite using the "Extras" facility and make a link so people can view and print it.

Example order forms

If you don't already have an order form, you can save time inventing one by downloading an example form from this site and altering it to suit your purposes.

We design our example forms to be very general. You will need to tailor them in your word processor program so that they carry your own business name, address and so forth.

To help you spot the parts you need to alter look for the red text in our examples. But you can, of course, alter as little or as much as you like until you are happy with the result.

On the web page where you link to your order form you need to explain what the customer should do. For example: Print and fill in this Order Form then mail it to us with your payment. You should probably also tell them when to expect delivery and any other "terms and conditions" that are relevant.

product_order_form (Microsoft Word)

product_order_form (RTF document)

Use a right-click and "Save Target As..."
to download the file rather than just view
it online.

This form allows the customer to list the products they wish to buy, and pay by enclosing a cheque when mailing it to you.

If you are not VAT registered, delete the parts about VAT so that you do not confuse your customers.
